Hip Opening Workshop:
In
this workshop
we will focus on opening the hip joints
through a series of
Asanas
of Sivananda yoga.
The remedy for tights
hips is not one stretch but keeping the posture with a
extended
breath.
Hiromi will lead you through
various hip opening poses, followed by a
deep meditative breathing in each of the postures. you will learn to mindfully
release physical (problems in your lower back and knees)
and emotional
tension.
Learn how to open
the hips safely to release tension , energy blockages and
improve energy flow.

Keeping your
hips flexible will to reduce stress and tension help relieve or prevent back
pain as well.

Prevent any
urinary problem
and invigorates the urogenital system.

When you have
tight hips other body parts and muscle, replace and try to substitute so it
will create tension on your shoulders and stiff hamstrings.
*
Improving your
hip flexibility will
help
improve your yoga practice.
