Starting point of learning the Yoga Asanas.(Postures) and Pranayama (Breathing exercise)
Step by step approach to increase strength and flexibility.
Develop proper breathing habits, concentration and relaxation.
The course includes:
Sun salutation
Pranayama (breathing exercise)
Introduction to the basic sequence of 12 Asanas
Guided relaxation techniques
Introduction to the 5 points of yoga:
Proper breathing
Proper exercise
Proper Diet
Proper relaxation
Proper thinking(positive thinking)
Please wear comfortable clothing and empty stomach(preferably no food 1hr:30min before the class)

About the teacherHiromi, from Japan travelled around India and learned yoga from many different teachers. Hiromi connected with Sivananda yoga on her travels and still continues her practice till this day. She has completed Shivananda yoga Teacher Training Certification with Mani Chaitania and swami Govinda nanda.
She assisted at the International TTC in South India, Kerala and taught for one year at Sivananda yoga, vedanta centre Delhi, India.
Hiromi has also completed Sivananda yoga Advance Teacher Training Course.
